TEAM Wireless Return Policy
The following return policy covers only wireless devices and accessories originally purchased from a TEAM Wireless location.
You may return or exchange wireless devices and accessories within 28 days of purchase. A restocking fee of $35 applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device. A restocking fee of $50 applies to any return or exchange of a tablet device.
Prepaid phones, activation charges, and monthly service payments, are not eligible for return.
You are permitted to make one exchange. To make an exchange, return the original merchandise (including device, charger, battery, instructions, and any other components) in the ORIGINAL box. All merchandise must be in like-new condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are damaged or require service. If you return and we accept your merchandise within the return period, we will refund your purchase price, subject to the restocking fee. If you return a wireless device without a UPC on the box, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the amount of any mail-in rebate that was available for the wireless device at the time of purchase. Purchases made by cash, credit card, or gift card will be refunded by check, credit card or gift card, respectively. Non-cash refunds must go back to the original payment method. Cash payments made over $100 will be refunded via mailed check send in 7-10 business days.
Before returning or exchanging any wireless device or accessory that has data in its memory, please transfer all data you wish to retain to another file source. Once the wireless device or accessory is returned, your data cannot be recovered.
Additionally, you should retain or destroy any removable or portable memory cards or modules (such as a SIM Card or SD Card) in order to help protect sensitive information, such as mobile banking information.
Gift card returns
Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange, except as required by law.
Signal amplifiers
All signal amplifier products, including WeBoost, have a 28-day return policy, and a 1 Year in-store replacement warranty. A restocking fee of $50 applies to any return or exchange of a signal amplifier device. All parts, packaging, and product parts must come back in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Please review your Verizon service summary receipt and Verizon Customer Agreement to determine if an Early Termination Fee, Trade-In Value Chargeback, or bill credit forfeiture may occur with any return or exchanges.
TEAM Wireless is not responsible for lost data as a result of data content transfer. This pertains to TEAM Total Service and TEAM Total Service Premium Upgrade.
TTS – TEAM Total Service:
Assist Guests with Back up from Previous Device of and Content and Contact Transfer of All Pictures and Media Transfer using Verizon Content Transfer , Bluetooth or Manual Methods. TEAM Wireless is not responsible for lost data as a result of the Data Transfer. Assist guest with download of key apps and any other apps that guest wants to make sure are working before they leave. TEAM Wireless personnel performing comprehensive set-up of device at point of sale. Guest can decline TEAM Total Service and complete Transfer and Set Up on their own. Pricing is $19.99 with all device sales.
TTSPU – TEAM Total Service Premium Upgrade:
For Guests with TEAM Total Service. Guest pre-pays for 2 in-store warranty screen protectors. Guest does not have to pay full price for a new screen protector Warranty Replacement. Guest does not have to file warranty claims with SIMPLE. for replacement. TEAM Wireless Personnel install the Warranty replacement Screen Protectors in Store. TEAM TOTAL Service Premium is $20 with a Bundle of TEAM TOTAL SERVICE and TEAM TOTAL SERVICE PREMIUM for $39.99
By transacting with TEAM Wireless, you consent to allow TEAM Wireless to contact you about your account status, including past due or current charges, using prerecorded calls, emal and calls or messages delivered by an automatic telephone dialing system to any wireless phone number or email address you provide. TEAM Wireless will treat any email address you provide as your private email that is not accessible by unauthorized third parties. Unless you notify us that your wireless service is based in a different time zone, calls will be made to your cellular device during permitted calling hours based upon the time zone affiliated with the mobile telephone number you provide.
I understand that on occasion, TEAM Wireless and it’s employees may contact me with promotional information and surveys through phone calls, texts, or emails. SMS Message frequency may vary and will come from standard 10 digit phone numbers associated with TEAM Wireless (messaging and data rates may apply).
