2021 Winter Leadership Conference Special
This week we are taking a break from our regularly scheduled Women in Wireless post to share a special message in regards to all of our amazing TEAM.
Around noon EST today, we wrapped up our Winter Leadership Conference. These events are very near and dear to all of our hearts, and gives us opportunities to come together, learn, share ideas, and inspire each other for the coming year. Though this year was just a little different…
We rolled out our first ever Virtual conference on Tuesday at nine a.m. EST. Not wanting to cancel another conference, and with heavy, but hopeful, hearts we had announced to our TEAM that this year’s winter extravaganza would have to be moved to digital. We remained excited to pioneer this experience, and create an event that still generated positivity and fun for everyone attending.
This of course, was no small task.
Though when the day came, and we flipped our computers open, and booted up Zoom, we were overwhelmed with joy. We had over 50 participants waiting and ready for the hours to come. The multiple speakers that presented were equal parts incredible and informative, providing some killer knowledge that I’m positive most of our managers will utilize within the year. With intermissions featuring brand representatives from some of our incredible brand partners, there was never a dull moment. It was always a mixed bag on what to expect next. Some presentations were serious, some were silly, and some just downright hilarious. I know that everyone who presented over the past few days was faced with the challenge of not being in the same room, but excelled beyond the bar in every sense.
We wrapped up the first day by congratulating the top stores in numerous different categories. While today, we finished with reflecting on our successes of 2020, and what our vision is for 2021. All in all, it made me come to realize just how integral each person is in the success of a single store. How all of the amazing people that attended the conference, and all of those who weren’t on the call, really, truly have to be passionate about what they do in order to provide positive results.
I ended the two days with the knowledge that this TEAM is incredible beyond measure. Hardworking, passionate, charismatic, all of these I would gladly use to describe the members of our TEAM.

Thank you to all of our Sales Consultants who are hungry for helping each guest leave with the best deals. And, for building relationships and establishing rapport with all who venture into our locations.
