I can't tell you how pleased I am with the attention that your team gave me during my Blackberry crisis. If you remember for 3-4 weeks my phone would not accept e-mails and the highest levels of Nextel Technical support could not pinpoint the problem, although they too were extremely professional and caring. In the end Team Wireless was able to coordinate the multiple international teams from both Sprint and Motorola to trouble shoot the switching problem that unfortunately targeted me alone. Never have I felt so hopeless facing such an elusive problem but the undying persistence of Tina (and Jamil and others) made it impossible for me to give up. It's not difficult to imagine the frustration and cost to my business this caused since I am often on the road and rely on my Blackberry for all communications. The professionalism and tenacity you guys showed reconfirms my commitment to Team Wireless and Nextel for my business, witnessed by the smiles, hugs and elation we all shared when the problem finally was fixed. Please don't hesitate to refer any of your clients to me that might still be unconvinced and I'll happily share my whole story with them. PS This was not the first problem I carried in your front doors. I am happy to say it too was handled the same way.
